- Get in touch: After the first contact you will be assigned an IT consultant who will assess your needs and come to an agreement about the way forward.
- The next step: we will work on the Mock ups and make sure that it suits your expectation before moving to the coding stage. We will expect the Logo/web content/ photos from you to carry on. Otherwise let us know if you need any help!
- We then get down to business and build your website as requested
- Testing stage and make the site Live: when your site is developed and completed we give you the opportunity to appreciate and check all the functionality. Then a quick training is given to you with a guidance sheet on how to upload data, text, images and charts or add pages etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order with GlobaleBridge Ltd, you confirm that you enter in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.
The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of GlobaleBrdige Ltd.
GlobaleBridge Ltd: Primary designer/site owner & staffs or external consultants.
GlobaleBrdige Ltd will start your project only after an agreement is provided either by email, telephone, mail or fax. GlobaleBrdige Ltd will carry out work only for clients who are over 18 years of age. An ‘order’ is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between GlobaleBrdige Ltd and the client; including telephone and email agreements.
Every means and commitment will be proceeded to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors at the time of delivery. However, GlobaleBridge Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction of the website or any part of it afterwards.
The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of GlobaleBridge Ltd until all outstanding accounts are resolved and paid in full.
Any scripts, cgi applications, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed) written by GlobaleBrdige Ltd remain the copyright of GlobaleBridge Ltd and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of GlobaleBrdige Ltd.
GlobaleBridge Ltd cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proofs are given to enabling the permission to use such material.
Any additions to the brief will be carried out at the discretion of GlobaleBrdige Ltd and where no charge is made by GlobaleBrdige Ltd for such additions, GlobaleBridge Ltd accepts no liability to ensure such additions extra work and reserve the right to charge a reasonable amount for any further amendment accordingly.
The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to GlobaleBridge Ltd, all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.
GlobaleBridge Ltd will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet such agreed deadlines.
GlobaleBridge Ltd will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner.
GlobaleBridge Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.
GlobaleBridge Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, if the client servers or its hosting provider is inefficient.
A deposit of 50% is required with any project before any design work will be started.
Once a website has been designed and completed the final balance of payment should be made in accordance with our payment terms. No exception can be applied to this rule. If a client changes his mind and no longer wants the site, after the deposit, he will still be committed to pay for the work that has been done. Non payment will result in legal proceeding if necessary.
Database, Application and E-Commerce Development
GlobaleBridge Ltd cannot take responsibility for any losses incurred by the use of any software created for the client. If every care has been taken to ensure that all products are perfectly working, the ultimate responsibility lies with the client in ensuring that all software is functioning correctly before use.
Some exceptions: where applications or sites are developed on servers not recommended by GlobaleBridge Ltd, the client is expected to provide appropriate software or environment/ support compatible with the server required in order for the application to be correctly developed. Where large applications are to be developed, it is the client’s responsibility to provide a suitable testing environment identical to the final production environment.
The client is expected to fully carry out testing on any application or programming related to a site developed by GlobaleBridge Ltd before being made generally available for use. Where “bugs” or other issues are found after the site is made live, GlobaleBridge Ltd will make sure that these issues are corrected to meet the expected standards. However if after the stage of final testing, the client’s site is successfully launched and running perfectly for the first six months at least, any issues that occur on the site after this period resulting from the client fault i.e (Lack of maintenance/Failure to change the Dashboard Password Regularly/Login into Dashboard on public/open spaces/Incorporating/Cross ex-changing web Links etc…) Globalebridge Ltd will Not be liable for any losses/Damages/dysfunction etc… And if the client requires the Globalebridge technical assistance, the service will be charged accordingly with the findings after investigations.
We offer limited hosting services by buying server space from 123-reg. They have great customer service and good technical support for the network availability.

Although GlobaleBridge Ltd can recommend some hosting companies to clients, no guarantees can be made as to the availability or interruption of this service. GlobaleBridge Ltd cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of the recommended service, or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss.
Passing of the ownership
Once all the balance due are paid and cleared you are assigned the rights to use the products and services, including, the web site’s content such as: (text, photos, graphics, charts, animation, audio components and digital components contained within the finished web site, in accordance with the T & C’s, of the project agreement, unless specifically stated otherwise.
No such proprietorship as described above will be transferred to you until all balance due to pay to us. This means that we possess rights over any service, products, data or information provided to you if you have not paid the invoice in full within three months from the date the invoice has been issued and agreed to be paid. It is important to acknowledge that the rights to photographs, graphics and any third party items such as source code, always remain the property of their respective proprietors.
Anyone who experiences an issue with their web service provided by GlobaleBridge Ltd should raise the matter directly using our online contact form by giving enough and sufficient information upon the issue that occurred and emphasise the grounds of complaint.
GlobaleBridge Ltd will have a blank canvas approach by assessing the matter without any pre-conceived idea and try to resolve the matter to the satisfactory standard.
Formal complaints procedure
The formal complaints procedure should only be used if the customer has not been satisfied using the initial informal procedure.
A formal complaint should be made in writing to GlobaleBridge Ltd, who will acknowledge receipt and ensure that the matter is looked into as soon as possible by one of their consultants.
The response to any complaint should be expected to be dealt with within three days after receipt; a full and considered response to the complaint should be completed within seven days and any subsequent remedy implemented with the minimum of delay.
